Terms of Refund

Who Is Eligible For Refund and Return

Our return policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Custom Products that are customized at the request of the customer cannot be exchanged or refunded.

NOTE- If You Request For Return the amount Of Return Shipping Deducted From Your Refund.

 

How to Return a Product

If you wish to return a product, please submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can do this by either:

Email: Send your return request to retail@suryasarees.com.

My Account: Log in to your account on our website and submit your return request through the My Account section.

Once your request is received, we will arrange for the product pickup


When Refund Is Available

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 days.

 

How To Exchange Products?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at retail@suryasarees.com or send the request through “My Account“. 

Product will be replaced only on conditions:

  • Product was not customized after purchase.
  • Product was not destroyed.
  • Product will be replaced if the request will be sent on or before 7 of receiving the product delivery.
  • Replacement is accepted only in original packaging.
  • As per the company norms
